I woke up with more anxiety than I have had in the past week,and with an obsessive thought racking my brain and causing a panic attack.On days like today,I feel like I am losing it,going bonkers and it's frustrating.

I feel better now that I have had a nap,but I hate having to isolate myself when I get like this.I have a supportive husband but I want to be able to rely on myself more as well.
