Can someone be diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia with only having 3 times in her life.... seen, heard or felt something unexplainable? I know its an random open question...

I just thought you had to always be "bouncing off walls" to get that label

Usually, a number of factors would be considered in arriving at that diagnosis. I would say the severity and duration of the episodes would probably carry more weight than how many episodes the person had had.

Some individuals receive that diagnosis with the very first psychotic episode, of course.
