Did a seach and didn't find anything, so I thought I'd post this. Does anyboy have any good ideas for ways to learn how to relax? Perhaps Dr Baxter has an article or something he can put a link to????
I do have one way to relax, but I don't know how good I'd be at explaining it and maybe everyone knows it already. To me its called belly breathing. You know how most of the time when we breathe we breathe by expanding our chest area. Well with this belly breathing you concintrate on breathing in with your stomach, hold it and then exhale. I've been doing it for awhile now and it does help my body feel a little more at ease.
Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks.....I JUST found the one on breathing on the self help or something like that board... your explaination was much better but I bet thats on one of your links:)
