Depends on what part of Canada you're in.

In Ontario, Homewood in Guelph has some excellent residential programs -- they also do followup after you complete the program.

How about in quebec I know there is Hopital st0justine the dr Wilkins but I already been there and did not like to be in a hospital

I'm not sure, Ashley, but I can try to find out. I'm just leaving here for a few hours -- send me a PM to remind me, okay? I'll check tomorrow.

The BACA Eating Disorders Clinic is in Montréal, Quebec and provides both residential and outpatient programs. I don't know if it accepts insurance. Its website doesn't say.

(In the US, many private centers provide residential treatment but don't accept any insurance.)

BTW, though you don't like hospitals, Douglas Hospital in Montreal, Quebec has a unit just for eating disorders that may (or may not) be more helpful than the other hospital you went to. According to their website (which is currently down), Douglas Hospital provides a partial hospitalization program as well as a full-time, 24-hour program.
