Haven't talked to therapist in over a month

and the strange part is the past month has been very rough for me with the death of my cousin, and my nephew getting really ill.
Insurance keeps going round and round with me and my T. We give them what they say they need (diagosis code) and still the claims are being denied. Guess I have to wait till January again. This is ridiculous...

Maybe I dont need to talk anymore...Im doing ok.

That must really be difficult not having your therapist to talk to during this time. Is there any way to contact your insurance by phone and find out why they keep denying you?
