It means you are facing those difficult memories and you are working hard to heal

You feel anxious and worse sometimes after therapy because you have faced an emotion a memory that you as a child could not face but are stronger now and can face them

It is normal to feel a little shaken up hun ok but with coping skills the therapist give us we will get through it all

You hun are not hopeless no way you are still fighting and you are WINNING ok you are hugs

I agree with David.

I understand your worry about this too we want to see ourselves as fully healed "fixed" as it where.

One of the hardest things I think therapy brings is there is no ultimate fix, it's happened, and I know a lot of anger for me resides in this fact, that I need to live with facts and emotions I am not happy with and they are not even my fault!

I can relate to where you are and reading you posts have brought some uncomfortable memories for me but it has been really nice to be able to say to you look it's normal and try to help you focus else where because it is scarey sometimes.

I think you are doing very well and describing stuff a therapist would want to be seeing, self awareness, questioning etc your working really hard on something that is not easy and I think your clearly doing better than you feel at the moment.

I hope that changes for you soon!
