well weve ended now, i feel proper PANTS! and have thought bout doing some very stupid stuff, have done for the past few days going to see somebody tomorow. hopefully this seperation is temparary as shes confused and still wants to be with me etc.

Definitely try to make an appointment to get some help, zak. These things are always difficult, and therapy can make all the difference in the world.

I agree with TL in that seeing somebody will probably be a good thing at this time. You did say that you are seeing somebody tomorrow. Do you have an appointment already lined up?

I understand, zak, as I imagine most here do. We all tend to hit bottom when a relationship falls apart. You're certainly not alone there. You just need to keep putting one foot in front of the other, and living one moment at a time until you can get to the therapist and talk this out. It's hard, yes; but, you can do it. We're here to help as much as we can. :hug:
