You can do this easily yourself. See [How do I] Close my Psychlinks Forum account?

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on User CP in the top navigation bar of any page.

3. Go to Profile Options. Uncheck "Receive email from Admins". Scroll down and set "Notifications" to "None".
