I am a user of CBT as advocated by Dr. David Burns in The Feeling Good Handbook. I found the modified process I performed inconvenient, so I wrote an iphone app for applying CBT to a disturbing thought or event. I wrote the app for me, but also with the thought that others might find it useful. A programmer's kind of self-help. ;-)
