My lunch was awesome: mashed banana on molasses bread with ricotta, honey, and hazlenutmeal. Wow.

twin had surgery she is home now i re wrapped her surgical wound
took care of mother all day so sis could rest got all the house work done for her
trying to stay calm until someone returns home
I've been making progress on my spreadsheet at work.
Learning a bit about writing basic macros for Excel as part of the above. Fiiiinally stopped procrastinating and booked a Dr's appointment about my blocked ear.
My girl did well on her first assignment in college 85 percent

One of my friends who has known me for 6 and a half years told me that she's proud of me because I've taken the time to make positive change and confront my mental health issues.
I went out to the movies today.
I genuinely feel comfortable in my bedroom for the first time in years because I re-organized all of my furniture and storage this month so it'll be easier to keep things tidy.
1) Got a good performance review at work
2) Made pizza for dinner
3) Made an attempt to call a real estate agent - wasn't there but left a message with the person who answered, and they're supposed to be getting back to me but I may have to call again tomorrow morning by the looks of it.
Saw my grandaughter today bought her a valentine outfit
bought my son and and daughter inlaw outfit and my twin to
bought my girl soft fluffy pillow and i cooked a nice supper
I dropped a school course that was giving me some anxiety and not an effective educational experience that I didn't need for my degree anyway so now I feel calmer and less guilty - I feel like less of a failure now that I know I don't have to worry about something I'm not getting an enriching experience from.
I ate some candy. I probably shouldn't have but I can use it for workout fuel.
