  1. Sat in on an interesting presentation at work.
  2. No news today about the blocked sewage pipe at my apartment block.
  3. Discovered mold on my water bottle and have now cleaned it off. (I think I need to improve on my positives skills, some of these ones are a bit questionable.)

You didn't transplant the mold??? What if it had a family of blue cheese!!! :eek:mg:

That could explain why I keep coughing ;)

For today:
  1. Morning update from the neighbour - all done with the latest hot water system issue (finally) , plumber has come about the blocked sewage pipe. I'm sure I'll find out more about that this afternoon.
  2. Two small documents should get released today.
  3. Had 2 hours this morning "relaxing" in bed from random wake-up anxiety.

1.) I’ve been getting to bed no later than 2:30am, which is good, for me. When I don’t pay attention/don’t care/get caught up in something I’m doing and don’t want to talk myself out of it, I can be up until 4am... So yay for me!

2.) Played with our Dog, Douglas, for about 45 min because it’s so temperate for a change! Not stifling hot! Now he’s napping.

3.) I’ve been getting back into my drawing...026cfd69915d09ab5ada5463bb1bb931-1.jpg

  1. Feeling pretty good this morning so far.
  2. Waking up at 4 and not getting back to sleep is better than the same at 3.
  3. Tunes and waffle Friday.

  1. 10km ride this morning.
  2. Got some more new pants.
  3. I may have lost my fitbit but I'm impressed that it somehow managed to come out of the band while the band stayed on my wrist. Still annoying, but if I'm going to lose something I'm glad it has a bit of a mystery about it.

1. Captain of the volunteer fire department removed a rattlesnake from a storage area near our chicken coop. (We tried to scare the snake away earlier but to no avail. On our way to the hardware store to buy a snake repellent product.)
2. Sister-in-law is doing very well.
3. Summer here is still so much better than last year.

Wondering if that snake repellent works on geckos... asking for a friend. :coffee:

It may work but just call the fire department if it doesn't ;)
I wonder how much they'd charge me for making a nuisance call ;)

  1. Went for a walk this morning to retrace some of my steps with a find-my-fitbit tracker. As suspected it was pointless but had to at least try for my own peace of mind.
  2. Only mildly poisoned myself by sipping expired milk and throwing the rest out. Someday I'll learn but today was not that day.
  3. Finally threw out my old microwave that I'd partially disassembled about 2 years ago.
